It's not a bad mix of affixes but I don't know what sorc would use this over griffons or Flickering Flame or something

It's a medium 2/20, but as said above, sorcs prefer Griffon's Eye for lightning, Nightwing Veil for cold or Flickering Flame for fire.
So 2/20s are for (unpopular) hybrid builds. You can try to sell for Um- Mal but be ready for a long sale.
