I need a necro Circlet (or Coronet/ Diadem) with +2 to necro (or PnB skills), 20% FCR and decent resistances.
I have an assassin Circlet: +2 to assassin skills with +7 max dmg, 7% mana steal, 26 to life, and all res +13.
If there’s a disparity between the quality of the sin Circlet and the necro Circlet, I can make up the difference by adding runes. Thanks, my bnet id is Bohuslav#1558
