Data Analytics

Now that D2R has been out for several years, as well as this tremendous website/resource. I have thought it would be cool to do some analytics on the data that's grown, specifically speaking to the Market. I realize that we already have a great landing page here: trade-stats.php but below are some questions I'd like answered:

As of today:

• Which item sold for the most? (unsure how to measure this but presumably HRs as currency exchanged)

• Which item typically sells for the most? (would something like the mythical Jeweler's
  Monarch of Deflecting be on the list?)

• Which item yields most profit start of ladder? (can play with time-frame to observe change)

• Have any items become more expensive over time versus less (non-ladder only)

On-top of this which merely involves some data mining. I wouldn't mind seeing some of the stats on insane rare items sold. I attached a photo of the

Legendary Mallet that MrLlamaSC has spoken to. Would love to see if any items like that have transacted on this Marketplace since inception!
