Unfortunately much less because it has neither 20 fcr nor 2os.
But it has 5 useful and 1 ok ish affixes and 4 of them rolled (very) high.
"It has to be better than Shako to have value" and this is (at least in some cases).
You lose mf, life, mana and damage reduction compared to Shako but you gain AR, stats (10 dex vs 2 all), and all res.
It's comparing apples with oranges now and Palas usually don't get enough res from shield and stuff. But the AR (close to max roll) and extra dex makes it nice for zealers.
Wait for 2nd opinion but I would expect a long sale and something between Ohm-Jah (on non-ladder).
I'd accept any offer for this. You might get a Pul to Ist.
Unfortunately paladin circlets don't command the value you'd assume. Hdins use Shako. Foh use Griffon. Zeal uses Guillaume's Face. Auradin uses either Flickering Flame or Dream. Smiter uses G-face or CoA.
Even with 20FCR you'd get a couple Jah at most and will take forever to sell. To get any real value you need 2/20fcr/2os for a paladin.
