I really don't know much about circlets

Anyway, this weird item has a Level 30 requirement.

It is incredibly rare but no clue if used without 2 sockets. Rare/magic pelts can be really good.

No, it has to roll with the Mechanic's prefix to get the 2 sockets. Lazurk cannot put 2 sockets into a rare.

True, but

Armageddon has a 6-second casting delay so it's unaffected by FCR breakpoints.
Ill rephrase my statement to say "FCR is useless for shapeshifter since none of the the spells they cast while transformed are bothered by FCR"
Sure you can cast cycle armor faster and

Hurricane, but that functionally doesn't make a difference since all the spells either have a duration timer or a casting delay.
