Most Caster Amulets with less than 10FCR take forever to sell. Even if you can reach a breakpoint with less than 10FCR, most people just don't care. People don't look for these with less than 10FCR. You might get a

Jah, but it will take months to sell.
I recently starting junking all my 2/5-9 amulets unless than had truly amazing other affixes. So many people craft that the market is flooded. Amulets with less than 10FCR become lost in the noise.

I'm actually one of the few who reach a BP with 5
And this fits very well. Using it myself now

Also, do remember that 2 all skills for sorc is worse than 2 all skills for everyone, as the latter typically increases BC/BO from CtA.

Would hence value your amulet lower.
