Can be used to make Runewords:
2/30 with lots of res especially lightning (nice for Sunder offset) but nothing else, light rad and small AR do not count.
It's good but does not add 2os so a Griffon would still be a preferred choice for most javazons.
I would bet around 1-2 Jah but please wait for a second advice
