What weapon is the best now for Tesladin?
Grief? Last Wish? Crescent Moon? Or ?

Can be used to make Runewords:
It depends really if you want to go all in with the lightning dmg then Crescent Moon, but if you want to go hybrid physical/lightning then Grief.
Last Wish, unless you are going to run Ubers and such, to me is completely unnecessary. I have ran about every runeword I can think of Doom, Breath of the Dying, Death, and Beast
