Value of jewel

Any idea of the value of a jewel with the following stats : 40%ed and 8 strenght.

There is no

Ruby jewel of strength sold yet, it seems.

The 40% ed is quite looked after as it's max endhanced damage. Most often people want it with 15% IAS, probably the best possible suffix, to make the famous 15/40 that is worth a ton.

Strength is a very useful stat, and max possible is 9 on it, so it adds value to the jewel as it has a good roll on it.
