Description

This
Grim Helm is a decent option for most characters, but is rarely the ideal choice. Its affixes are not focused on any specific strategy, and its level requirement is a bit too high to give it use as a progression piece. As a consequence of its large increases to Strength and Dexterity, it can be useful in allowing a mercenary bypass the prohibitive attribute requirements of some weapons and armor.

As with much of the Natalya's Odium set, there is a fair bit of variance from one copy of
Natalya's Totem to the next.

Big boosts to strength and dex, plus a high def, all res and low stat requirements, this is a solid
Helm if you need to buff up to wear some gear.

Give it to
Larzuk and add a +15 ias jewel with another mod you got yourself a decent end game
Helm for a char who doesn’t rely on skills. I even put this on my smiter for
Uber Tristram over gface so I can wear my other gear with ease.

It also looks BA on the char screen!
