Cow King's Hooves is from normal
The Cow King. with around 1% chance at 0% magic find and around 2.3% chance at 200% magic find.

The set Cow King's Leathers can only drop in
The Secret Cow Level. It is best farmed on Nightmare since
The Cow King can drop all 3 pieces on that difficulty. If you already have
Cow King's Horns you better farm the other 2 pieces in normal. D2R allows you to kill
The Cow King repeatedly and should be focused to obtain this set.

Many people have not realized that as of D2R
The Cow King is bugged, and cannot physically drop any set piece from Cow King Leather's. In this video, I finally bring transparency into the conspiracy and the root cause behind the issue.

Due to a display bug, set boots do not display kick damage even when being viewed by an assassin.
