The Boots are the best piece.

Combine them with a Raven Claw(preferably with a Flawless Ruby in it(and some low level +fire dmg charms if you have them)) and you have a wonderful starter set that can get you through normal almost by itself. And having some extra MF almost from start is never a bad thing.

I have absolutely no regrets at spending an Ist to buy it some weeks ago, because it made lowend levelling noticeably easier and faster, as it lets you do all the killing with the bow, meaning you're not limited by mana at all.
