Cerebus' Bite is one of four Unique Druid Pelts, bearing a more martial bent than the two all-rounders - Jalal's Mane and Spirit Keeper - and the caster-oriented Ravenlore. With its high Chance of Open Wounds, it can be a helpful source of health regen suppression. Bonuses to Life Stolen per Hit and Feral Rage can augment a Werewolf's durability, while increased Attack Rating can help land Fury: Skill, Maul: Skill, and Fire Claws strikes. Overall, its lack of defensive attributes make it a less popular choice than its counterparts, while the runeword Metamorphosis has further encroached upon this Unique's niche.
