This Weapon if Found Ethereal is a good contender for Throw Barb use. While the items in this classification have the lowest base throwing speeds among the 3 types (Knives, Axes, and
Javelin/Glaives), they compensate for this by having the longest traveling distances where the ranking in that regard would reverse: (Javelins/Glaives, Axes, Knives)

If one is found with perfect ed and ethereal, it is the highest base max damage from the unique category of all weapon types in the throwing category.
