Offering non ladder wealth for ladder items?

Heya,

Just trying to figure out if its allowed to offer non ladder runes/ items for ladder items.

And if so what would value multiplier be? 5x - 20x at start i assume?

Would obviously be a 2 part trade and trust required but if i took the risk is it allowed?

Not even sure if i would but im rather time poor so wouldnt mind a couple of ladder boosts and have some hr non ladder i could part with...

Cant be bothered figuring out jsp or anything...

Not sure if there's any rules on that but I for one wouldn't mind non-ladder pay for my ladder finds.

Only with longer known/trusted partners though, seeing how you need to complete 2 separate trades for that.
Or rather, I'd want NL payment first.

I have another question problem- when season 1 will come to an end,
1. Will nl be able to make new rune words?
2. Will nl be able to uppd set items?
I assume 2 - no
But would like to “trade” on NL above mentioned items, when they will be transferred to non ladder (rather those cheap ones)

1. It's been asked in the past. The answer is yes.
2. I believe non-ladder can already do that. The "ladder-only" limitation only concerns runewords.

Same, if a new buyer, I would definitely insist on payment first.

I think I've read in a few places that cubing up sets is ladder only but will hit non-ladder at seasons end.

@op there's a thread about the ethics of trading across game-modes on this forum. From the likes and comments, I'd hazard a guess that the majority of this websites members consider it cheating. So be aware that while it isn't forbidden, you may struggle to find willing partners. I'm personally fine with it btw.

Well, considering that many folks stopped caring about NL and just have their stuff collecting dust there, ~2:1 doesn't seem like a bad ratio really. Seems to gather enough interest at least. Who knows, maybe I'm even being too cheap. I actually just based that off of squirrel's

At least I dare say if I had sold my

Ber on day 2 (I believe it was day 2 when it dropped, give or take..wasn't even through hell yet) I could've probably easily gone 5:1 or even more. But that's just being greedy. In my mind, ~2:1 is fair for both sides.

Can't say I care the least about jsp or what their "exchange ratio" is though. The only way that site affects me is with those annoying randoms joining your games going "LOLOLOL GIEF U 200FG FOR IT NO GIEF RUNE".

I have a long list of stuff on non-ladder (full geared pvp sin, summon nec with infi, eni, killer circ etc) but not playing anymore as my friends moved to ladder.
I'll also be happy to trade my NLD gear for Ladder one.

Not to hijack the topic, but would it make sense for this site to offer some kind of non-ladder to ladder (vice versa) Wealth transfer? Some of you are doing it right now.

I know there was a huge discussion about d2jsp and Wealth transfer recently and I kind of don't see it as bad as others have suggested. As a casual player, who just started playing the ladder, wouldn't mind some early game items so that I can enjoy the full content (new runewords) before the ladder ends. I see the ability to transfer Wealth as adding some QoL to the game.
