Description
I recently found Eth Diamond Mail. Being elite, it might make for a decent base for a runeword. However, how many sockets will Larzuk add to it? Does he always add the maximum number of sockets possible, and so therefore it would be four? I can't find the rule on this. Thank you.

Larzuk will give it 4 sockets, and it's always the maximum as per item level. The only time he'll give less is if you upgraded a low quality version.
