Recipe: Caster Weapon, this item will always spawn with three fixed modifiers and 1-4 other random modifiers depending on the ilvl of the base item used in the recipe.

Note that this item can be any 'Rod' - that includes any Scepter, Wand, or Staff.

While the fixed variables of the
Caster Weapon are generally subpar, it bears mention that Wand-, Scepter-, and Staff-class Caster Weapons may be crafted. Such weapons will have randomly generated staff mods as appropriate for their ilvl. This provides a method to target farm a weapon that provides +5 to one or more desired skills.
