D2r Armory

What I havent found for D2 is something like WoW Armory.
A website where yoy can see your ingame char on a website. Where it has all the gear equiped as in game. With all the corresponding stats.
A great addition to it will be if you can, for example swap differend helms in the armory to see what it does to your stats. You van see what items would be a great update and where to go look for them.

This like FHR and FCR could be listed aswell. I think something like it woild help new or rusty players a lot.
I have been playing a lot of wow in the last couple years and find sites like Raider.

Io and Mrrobot pretty usefull for planning out my characters.

I do not have any coding skill or whatsoever to help out on this. Bit I think when its realized a lot of newer players will be coming back to the website even after launch.

In the future there’ll be a way to import your .d2s save files to show this kind of stuff on your profile page. Not a priority feature but it’s on the list nonetheless.

For WoW etc. these websites are able to connect to Blizzard’s API which makes things easy. Not sure if Blizz are planning on an API for D2 yet, but if they do make one I’d be able to hook into that to grab your characters’ details. If they don’t make an API for D2R, then it will have to work on the uploading of save files thing that I mentioned.

There is something similar, even though it does not represent your actual char.
