I was looking at the price checks and looks like KoT can get 2x Pul's and Shako gets 1 HR. Trying to figure out the quickest way to get a Shako and I think 2x puls gets a HR...that right?

If you want to get decent runes for your keys you need to sell them as sets, 12 Terror keys is worth less than 4x3 keysets. Agreed, but not many people are still buying keys. Torch demand is kind of fulfilled now, except for sorc torches so prices of keys will likely drop too
