This is still true! cause in online I'm limited to p1 and can compare my self wield Infinity/ Lightning Strike zon (Faith merc) with the Lightning Fury zon (Insight merc), and the Lightning Fury is faster. Lightning Strike probably deals 3x more dmg, but it's an overkill until p4+, I reckon
I haven't played on the realms in years, but I would always find bot games if I wanted to do my thing with 2/4/6 other players in the game to get p3/5/7, which is where the loot increases. Is that not a thing anymore? Last time I played on the realms d2r didn't even exist, so I have no idea what online is like currently.
A really good and cheap way to deal with any mana issues for the Javazon:
Use mana potions lol
My Belt for her has usually 2 or 3 columns for mana pots and just one for health or rejuvs. It just means pressing an extra button every 10 seconds or so, not a big deal IMO. Mana pots drop everywhere so you can easily replenish as you go.
