20 Jah for this ring? WTF

Hi guys! Hope you don't mind I ask this question here.
I just saw a post of a ring which is being sold for 20

I'm slowly learning more stuff about the market, but this really caught my attention.
Is this for real? Why is it so expensive? I don't relate the stats it has to be worth that much

Jah for this doesn't mean someone is paying it. There is a veeery wide price range for items.

Light resist is needed, max 30, 26 is good
10FCR yes
mana 80+ is also good
Attack rating 100+ also good
mana steal good
str bad roll but can use..

Basically a ring with 4 good Roll is worth something , this get 5 good roll. So this one worth some.

But the problem is that, this ring is not caster , not amazon, ok for some assasain. Makes it very bad.

rare ring is between 4-6 roll , which makes get a 4+something ok ring very difficult.

As caster ,
I need 10 FCR, mana, LR, All Resist, STR, DR DEX , this ring is only 3 hit and low str

All hit and 6 good roll ring is between 100-200

for those 5 good and 1 ok all hit for caster, 20

Jah would usually consider cheap but not this kind.

4 hit and some kind of ok roll for craft ring is usually 20

Jah worth materials. for example, bloody ring, 4 hit and ok roll in leech.

I was trying to find logic between the stats of the ring and a specific build that could make use of those but couldn't find any, it's like having a good roll of stats overall but all scattered in things that don't create value for any character

Traderie isnt a good verifiable source for actual sales items.

Also most items on that site is highly overpriced

The ring in question is decent, worth some jahs, but asking price of 20 jahs is to much.

Like i said most items on traderies are overpriced… i never use traderie as a baseline for item prices.
