20 Jah for this ring? WTF

I just saw a post of a ring which is being sold for 20

I'm slowly learning more stuff about the market, but this really caught my attention.
Is this for real? Why is it so expensive? I don't relate the stats it has to be worth that much

Jah for this doesn't mean someone is paying it. There is a veeery wide price range for items.

Light resist is needed, max 30, 26 is good
10FCR yes
mana 80+ is also good
Attack rating 100+ also good
mana steal good
str bad roll but can use..

Basically a ring with 4 good Roll is worth something , this get 5 good roll. So this one worth some.

But the problem is that, this ring is not caster , not amazon, ok for some assasain. Makes it very bad.

rare ring is between 4-6 roll , which makes get a 4+something ok ring very difficult.

As caster ,
I need 10 FCR, mana, LR, All Resist, STR, DR DEX , this ring is only 3 hit and low str

All hit and 6 good roll ring is between 100-200

for those 5 good and 1 ok all hit for caster, 20

Jah would usually consider cheap but not this kind.

4 hit and some kind of ok roll for craft ring is usually 20

Jah worth materials. for example, bloody ring, 4 hit and ok roll in leech.
