This is very useful that I was searching superior 15 , AR , 6 os.
The use case is that you can equip it at lv 1 with 6 poison jewel. Lv 1 god like weapon until you reach diablo.
It still best weapon ,especially with very fast -10 attack speed, while counter part crystal sword is 0. Draw back is that it require 49 str while cs is 43.
It is not a problem because that kind of setup will equip crown , 55 str.
For use aspect and slightly trade, this item , you need to look for +3 AR and around +10 ED, the ED for this weapon is almost nothing. from base damage , +10 and +15 is same to its value +10 . Both will result in +11. There are a lot of miss in low lv, 3 AR helps.
For trade value only, people will look for +3 AR and 6 os, slightly in +10ED more, especially +3 15, it will worth some , my guess is that kind of weapon worth vex +.
The downside that I dont use it is that I feel it is most ugly weapon compare to beautiful Crystal sword. That military pick makes you look like a miner, not elegant knight. Even if it is significant stronger/faster. That you already paid a fortune and yet still choose that ugly thing.

I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.

Favor Perfect Amethyst over Perfect Skull...
These days, I don't need that much Perfect Skull, it is less encourage to pay in Perfect Skull but it will treat slightly better than Perfect Gems.

I usually play casters and therefor I use the following beauties:
Too bad that I did not waited for your answer, now I have thrown the pick away. But even if I would have kept it, I am not sure if I ever will find 6 poison jewels. I think they are as rare as Ist runes.
The sorc, I usually beat diablo around lv 12.
Normal Sorc best path to pass normal is use melee style.
The Mask is another approach that I would also consider, in some way, it is better than Crown.
The poison only jewel (only poison attribute without other things, like life , resist, if you get one other it will be very unfriendly price.), I usually buy them at 6-15 poison jewel 1 Ist. It is consider value between Perfect Amethyst and Perfect Ruby/ Perfect Skull.
That Mask you can use
jewel : +8 life, +20 poison , + 15 light resist , Attack rating x3 . (Godly jewel, unlikely to get, extremely expensive, final GG set)
Another God like Helm. While Crown you can only use -requirement, consider this , Mask actually best. But I am budget performance guy, I have to pick Crown until long long time later.
My low lv sorc setup is broken, that I can pass it at lv 12. Ideally , it should be lv 7 around if setup all correct.
My melee char, set relatively good these days, equipment improve and play skill improve, pass a4 at lv 4-5.
