Why people always do their Call To Arms into Crystal swords or Flails?
I know it's about requirement but why don't make it into a Military Pick that need only 33Dex and 49 Str ?
And btw, you'll allways see that you're in your offhand position as nobody use a Military Pick as main wp.
Doing it in a Military Pick will reduce his selling Value?

as long as it has low requirements any weapon is fine even for re-sell value personally i use many weapons that can the hero can support support for style just DONT use bow or 2hand weapon cause u miss + skill from offhand

most of my cta's were made in a Crystal Sword. only my paladin is using a Flail cta, because he is wearing a Grief in a phaseblade. so i can easy see which weapon slot is active. and for my Nova sorc i am looking for a staff with + 3 Energy Shield. but still no luck 
Same as just above, I want something significantly different from my main weapon. My necro is happy with his Crystal Sword (his main can be Wand or HotO Flail), same with my sin. My pally buddy though I'd like to get him a nice Scepter to differentiate from his Phase Blade (next build objective).

Side note:
If you base your CtA switch weapon on "what looks different so I know which set I'm on", you're doing it wrong. Just set the attack skill for your CtA switch to throw. Done. Instead of having to spot your weapon and noting the hidden-behind-a-merc-or-something difference between a Flail and a Military Pick or whatever, you will simply have a glaring, never hidden, red button on your bar, telling you to switch back to your normal set. Way more obvious.
So that you won't break your Ethereal CTA
