would it be ideal to use thundergod's + wisp instead of dwarf + Raven if you have Cham in gulli helmet? +1 skills from Stone of jordan or bul-kathos don't seems to add much after Battle Orders from Barbarian. Ideally I could try this on "hero editor" offline but would it make sense?
Cham in helmet would just "open" up the ring slot since resist is pretty good and they are like 35+ on fire and 50+ on light after the Conviction aura.
Then Laying of hand vs steelrends, since 10% crushing blow won't gonna be effective after maybe like 50% left but it boost lots of def would it make sense over atk speed?

Attack Speed should be a high priority - even considering an IAS Jewel in the Helmet Slot.
Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band can be useless as Smiting cannot take advantage of the life leech, but if you decide to Zeal at any point then this might be exactly what you need. I myself Zeal to leech from Mobs and then Smite larger foe.
If you have some form Life Tap and high Lightning Res and a large health pool then TGODS isn't really critical but always recommended as a precaution if you're cornered by all 3 Uber Bosses at one time.

If you're looking at running Ubers then the Key is to get your lightning resists at around 300%. I've been running ubers with this build for more than 2 years Death free and loads of torches. Gear PB Grief, Dracs, Guillume (socketed with 15% AR Jewel), AP Duress, HOZ socketed with Um or P Diamond, Gore Riders, T Gods. Rings Raven Frost and SOj, amulet Highlord's Wrath. Lots of lightning resists and or all resists charms.

You're going to need Life Tap and unless you have an Exile Shield or Last Wish the best bet for a smiter is Dracs. Without Fanaticism you need 65 IAS to reach 6 frames per attack with a Phase Blade which is the maximum frames for Smite Paladin. In my view skipping Fanaticism limits your choice of gear since you're forced to gear for IAS. A Grief adds two important attributes 30-40 IAS, and 340-400 damage which unlike enhanced damage is a flat damage and a benefit to Smite. Crushing Blow (CB) is your primary damage with some help from open wounds (OW) because it prevents life regeneration. G-Face gives 35% CB, Gore Rider 15%+10% OW, Duress 15% CB+33% OW, which adds up tp 65% CB+43% OW, and with Dracul's OW adds to 68% plus 5% chance to cast level 10 Life Tap. Level 10 Life Tap has a duration of 37.6 seconds, and it procs quickly and often. In my experience that combo will take down any of the Ubers in under 15 seconds.
I always kill Mephisto first and quickly, because he's an easy kill, his real irritation comes from his spawns and by dropping him at about 10 seconds gives him little chance of becoming a nuisance. There are a number of ways to build an Uber smiter such as using a Black runeword Flail, a ladder smiter favorite. To the point you're going to have to structure your build based on what you can afford. Since I can afford anything I've tried everything including Last Wish (my roll 67% CB), Exile, along with COH for resistances, and yet I always go back to a Grief, upped HOZ, Duress, G-face, gore's, drac's, Highlord's, and T-God's build. With enough lightning resist charms, I'm at 307% lightning resist, and that makes Meph a non issue. There are a number of ways to build an Uber Smiter but they all should include Life Tap if you want to survive without guzzling potions.
