Travincal.

Bul-Kathos' Sacred Charge is of TC87.

Travincal's area level is 82. How is it possible?

I seem to have a Memory of the non council monsters being high enough to drop most items in the game including griffons.

It *IS* dropped by a non-council champion unique monster. Could you find the source?

EDIT: unique, not champion

silospen is the best i can find sorry. but it confirms that it is possilbe.

Maxroll's drop calculator also seems to indicate that both champion and unique monsters in

Travincal, excluding the council themselves, can indeed drop

It would seem to me that they shouldn't be able to drop from TC87, maybe someone with a better understanding of the loot/drop system can explain

It's not unusual for items to drop from monster levels lower than the TC in question. TCs are designed to separate items into groups based on quality level, and not meant to be a direct requirement for a drop to happen.

Non-Council uniques in Trav drop from Act 5 (H) Unique C.
Champions in Trav drop from Act 5 (H) Champ B.

Both TCs have Act 5 (H) Equip B as a sub-TC, which includes weap87 containing

Colossus Blade (qLvl 85) and

Bul-Kathos' Sacred Charge (QLvl 50).
