If sources online are correct on this, 96 TZ has lvl 12 (-85%) Conviction cancelling out your Infinity.
Council should have lvl 10 (-75%) on Hell, non-TZ.

When I’ve got it on hand, I throw Flickering Flame on my merc during terrorized trav. It keeps him and me alive even when the fire enchanted Council Member blows up right next to me. Without it, merc often gets cooked despite having a Ral’d Guardian Angel and Crown of Thieves.
