Conviction lvl the council members on unterrorized and lvl 96 terrorized may get and what -Res this is? Working on optimizing my Horker...

If sources online are correct on this, 96 TZ has lvl 12 (-85%)

Conviction cancelling out your Infinity.
Council should have lvl 10 (-75%) on Hell, non-TZ.
