Now that ladder has been out for a while can I get your thoughts on what Mosaic bases seem to work best, what +skills are you looking for (is it just PS?) Do the +skills make a big difference, where did you find your bases etc. Txs

With how broken Mosaic is atm the +skills dont really matter. you faceroll everything regardless.
You'll want 3os Runic Talons for max speed, although im sure Feral Claws would work too. Which id hunt for in the cow level as usual for socketed hell gear. Hell bovines have the highest chance to drop according to the item calc: (Hell Bovine - hellbovine (H) The Secret Cow Level 1:7037)

hmm, I haven’t seen anything about too much AS doing that but that could be. Im sure you could use slow Claws and still faceroll everything. With how OP it is I’m sure you could walk around naked with just slow dual Mosaic’s and still do just fine. Lol. I'd honestly be fine with them leaving it as is. Just to shuffle the "does not ConsumeCharge" in Claw Mastery or something since using x2 Mosaic is kind of a pain build-diversity wise. Mosaic could prolong the duration up from 15 seconds of your charges which would still give Mosaic a good use imo. But yeah overall even if they do not touch that build for 2-3 seasons I'd personally be ok since having new builds being top tier in the meta is kind of refreshing. Def would not want to see a sin nerf into oblivion again.
As of now, anyway, plan on using Fade instead of BoS and to be at 4 fps, not 3 if you use Dragon Talon to avoid Next Hit Delay, if I understood correctly War Theory / Llama's videos.

Is it possible to have a claw base that has +3 to any three of PS, BoI, CoT, FoF, TS, CS? Probably that.
claw can has only those skills:
so the only usable skills for martial artsin are PS, Dragon Flight and mindblast (last two saves you few skill points)

In light of this, the best claw bases IMO would be +3 PS, +3 BoI, and +1-3 Dragon Flight/Mind Blast

Dragon Flight is way better than Mind Blast as of now you won't ever use mine blast EVER my char is so op I use charms of plus to shadow discipline just for more dmg % reduced on Fade because survivability is more of a issue than any p8 farming on any boss or anything at all... you have 3 elements your dishing out major dmg with at all time and nothing in the game can run or hide from you but they can kill you at times lol
imho not much. People wants +3PS, but if u r regular user then its good for you or u can buy +3PS

what i heard with AS is if u r on 3frames, and you use Dragon Talon and u casting meteors you do 5kicks in set, but it activates only 4meteors so ur dmg is 80% what it is suppose to do on paper (I am not sure if this issue is only with meteors or with all other charges), but because its overpowered as hell. I would still use 3frames rather than 4.
