I need an app which notifies me every hour, when an area of my interest gets terrorized. Does anybody know any way to get this working?

But it is still no notification. I have to poll it.
And the problom is: I do not know, when a user updates the information. So there is a lag at the beginning of each hour and nobody knows how long it is.
