I need an app which notifies me every hour, when an area of my interest gets terrorized. Does anybody know any way to get this working?

^ Prowner has already exposed an API for his Terror zone tracker if anyone wants to build out a notifier app, it might be enough.

But it is still no notification. I have to poll it.
And the problom is: I do not know, when a user updates the information. So there is a lag at the beginning of each hour and nobody knows how long it is.
