Can be used to make Runewords:
No value. Even Ume's Lament or Gravenspine are better for early/mid game and later you have even better options. Bonemancer can use White in a good base (+3 Bone Spear) or Boneshade, Summoner has Arm of King Leoric and Poison Nova Necro wants Death's Web. All except Death's Web are available pretty cheap.
Rare necro wands are 99% of time not worth anything, except 35k Gold at Charsi. Uniques and White are too good.
