Can be used to make Runewords:
If somebody is in need of a Teleport-Staff you may get a Pul or something like that I guess.
Should this one person be relatively rich you may even get an Ist (however, the rich ones often use Enigma and get the Teleport from their)
In general, it is not that difficult to shop for these things and most players who want it will probably invest the relative short time to shop for it.
It seems that these kinds of staffs are rarely traded at all.

You can try 3 pgems for the time saving while levelling up, Naj req is quite high
