Can be used to make Runewords:
While all affixes are useful, the rolls are too low: 5/9 max dmg, 26/60 ar, 5/9 dex and 25/30% psn res. AFAIK you need at least three high rolls to have value.
while i agree with you, my thoughts were on the LLD pvp stuff, as its req lvl 14, but i dont know
