Triple Resistance Boots (for low Lvl PvP?)

Hi, I found these beauties 2 days ago. What is your opinion regarding their value? (Also, they are below lvl 28, so they could potentially be used in lowlvl PvP)

Just going off a hunch. I don't suspect these would be too sort after for low level PvP due to the

War Boots base having such a high Strength requirement. At Lvl30 for most low level duellers, that is a significant investment of stats that are required and would be better utilized in Vitality.

That is not to say these are not valuable. I would assume these would be more sort after for higher level characters in comparison. In regards of pricing I would say they worth between

Um). Most other end game unique

Boots beat these outright.
