very unfortunate frw roll, but got 3 relevant resists all above 20%, do these still have any value with the low run walk roll?

Regardless of the frw roll your res total 84. To have any real value you need a res total of 100 or more. You can still get a high price if res are like 90+ but you need 30 frw and 10fhr or a str/dex roll.
You might get an Ist for these but it will be a hard sell.
