Goldfind builds are pretty cool, I had a travbarb a few years back in ladder that worked really nicely, I just spammed Leap and let my merc take care of them. Maxed out on Gold pretty quickly, though I don't think I gambled anything good.
Now imagine if you had some of these bad boys, good old 1.07/1.08 War Travs.
Pre-LoD Boots can even be slightly better, at 119% GF, though you'd have to do some time traveling to acquire either of these.
In D2R if you, as in the beta, still can gamble the same base item multiple times without refreshing the shop I think I'll be spending quite some time goldfinding in Travincal...
