Hi, anyone ever sold one of these before?

Perfect rolls - 1-71 flat lightning damage + 7% MF.

Not sure what the flat lightning damage would be used for, maybe a melee sorc,
Lightning Strike zon. Does it work with Dream pulses?
Just posted on Traderie and got two 3 and 5
Ber offers quick, so maybe a PVP thing? But then MF is useless.
