Coronet of life everlasting (23 damage reduced, very close to the max 25) ?
Of course you have to gamble your luck at

Larzuk to hope for two sockets, but am I a fool to believe it could be worth quite high for PvP players ?

Sorceress +2 is probably at least as useful as +3 combat paladin (or perhaps even more for immortal sorceress with

Energy Shield), but as the history does not say at what level of life everlasting the amount is (can go 10 to 25, as far as I remember) it's very hard to make a comparison.

I've no idea about pvp but I've found these trades:
