Rhyme in itself has no value, anyone can have Shael / Eth and there is no variable part in this runeword.
The interesting part is the base, which is a 40 all res sacre Targe. Unfortunately with 2os it has no value.
The only special case would have been LLD, but the Sacred Targe has more than 30 for level required.
That still is a very practical early-mid game item to keep for personal use, but I doubt you can get more than a few Perfect Gems for that.
