**Cannot be frozen** in a shield for sorceress with 15% mana regenerate + all resistances + 25 + 25% MF is great for both mf sorceress or a sorceress that need a good blocking shield 60% chance to block + 20% increase chance of blocking.
You can combo this shield with Skin of the Vipermagi all resistances +20-35 for even higher all resistances at normal to nightmare mode.
Rhyme can often times be overlooked when the eye on the prize is 4 os Monarch for your Spirt. However; Rhyme can be made as early as Act 2, equipped at 29 with a 25 Strength requirement, you can shop Drognan for a 2 os Bone Shield (which IMO looks the most bad ass out of all the vendor shields), and the runes are relatively easy to get (I mean if you're not farming Countess, are you really playing D2R?).
This really is a shield any non-dual wield, wild cowboy Frenzy Barbarian transitions into until you get your Ancient's Pledge or SpiritMonarch or whatever you're gonna use through Hell difficulty, you could even transition into Splendor if you are struggling with a Monarch base or Runes. Moreover, easy to throw this on a swap for Duriel, or anything in Act 5 really with the "Cannot Be Frozen". Realistically the baby brother to Spirit for a Sorceress with the +FCR and +Skills, +Mana Regen and, well really the +everything it has. If you're a new player, or just starting a new Class, nice to have a spare in your stash to move things along early game. Solid shield for Normal and even Nightmare difficulty.
