Weird amulet, most sorcs want FCR on it, as unless Mara is usually better unless... But high STR + MF + Mana + Res is an interesting combo.
I think you can aim at Vex / Ohm, but for a niche use as most would prefer Mara, 2/20 or Tal amulet.

Around 35-50 Ber str + mana (the res are also good vs casters) for es blizz in PvP have no need for fcr on amu, the mf is not priced here since it wont change the value at all, but the +2/str/mana/res are.
