I never know what's good on these guys. I assume that ED is pretty low, but some other neat stats here so I'm checkin'!

For higher levels it is better than a

Ral for Merc's

Andariel's Visage, so maybe worth something

Hmmm. Fire res natural use is indeed in Andy, but the best affix of the jewel is the 3 maek, which naturally fits to javazons... but more combined to light res. In that style, a 3 maek 15 ias jewel is excellent (aureolic jewel of fervor if I remember well) and expensive.

Here, it's a bit of a mix so not sure what is the use case. I'd make myself ready to wait for long and sell at reasonable price like
