Is the 3-4 dmg elemental or flat? If its flat dmg this has value for vlld.

Flat damage. It must have rolled 3 min damage and 4 max damage affixes.

You could get anything from
Vex to
Ber for this. They are hard sells though, especially here.
But there is a market for flat dmg jewels for the level 6 and below dueling scene. The attacking rating and defense affixes are also desired for that dueling bracket.
