Some values could be higher though (str 20, all res 11 especially) but it's a 4 to 5 point ring with great and very useful features for someone both casting and physical (paladin ?).
The typical range is something between Ohm and Ber, I think, for such rings - let's wait for someone more knowledgeable about high value stuff.
