Eth throwing weapons can be cool to Throw Barbs, but what mods exactly are looked after ?

Found on not too bad War Javs (but would need to be upped, I suppose), but ED and AR is probably too low ?

+179 attack rating
+19-74 cold damage (may actually be bad for horking)
