with 2 skills 20 fcr and 30 run walk i feel like it's probably real nice for an elemental druid?

Can be used to make Runewords:
2/20/30 is one of the best possible combination for any Circlet.
Enhanced damage (not défense !) is also decent for several druid builds, and a bit of extra energy is not bad though not great. 6th affix is missing though. It's still excellent, would say around Jah in NL SC
