Yes, I would list for multiple high runes. Pretty much whatever you're looking for, but it will cap out at just a few, compared to a truly GG item. HFD and only halfway on the fire res, I think you aren't going to get more than 3-4 legit high runes.
Actually, I personally wouldn't list them. I'd keep them until I found a better pair and then list them. You could go years without finding boots like that.
