10% faster cast rate
8% mana stolen
3 strenght
7% cold res
7% lightning res
7% fire res
17% poison res

To develop a bit :
- +2 cold could have been +2 all skills
- +10% fcr is not bad but crafting allow the big 20% fcr (and then very high value
- Mana stolen is useless for sorc
- +3 strength is not bad but low value
- +7 all res is cool but could have go way higher (up to +20 if I remember well)
- +10 additional is little AND on the least looked for res : poison.

Try, probably for pgems indeed.
