Far from GG, this is Charsi and no better then a 2/20fcr/2os magic one wich is free , dual leech is not needed you only need from ring, and if ur playing PvM why would you replace a ring that has the potential of having ar and fcr? for a Circlet and loose tons of damage for nothing when u can run 2 hotos on switch for fcr and tele?

Sure if this had 2/20/2os/100+ar/80mana or visio it would be GG, even more so with FRW added, without any stat like ar or mana this is always an item you will just drop on the Ground

Horker, just get 10fcr on ring or amu, breakpoint reached with 2 hotos on switch and u can also get low hoto rolls for free since they are unsellable, 20fcr/3os socket with Ist or Ptopaz / Lem worth less half as the value of a Jah rune clean, its also alot better

Well, sorry OP, seems I was mistaken.

Jah is probably too high, but I guess you can still get something out of it for a Horker and use your rings to something else than leech, like Nagels ?

Discussed more with Naitsirk, seems I was very optimistic about that one.

Still believe this can be useful for some niche builds, but probably not a Jah. Sorry for the fasle Joy.
