Indeed, you can have up to 6 affixes, so if you don't have at least 3 of them that are decent, just trash that.

12 : FCR, decent AR, good life, a bit of Pres. Around

1: by far your best one. FCR, high leech, good mana, decent MF, maek can be useful sometimes, average cold res. You probably can reach around
